Enquiry and brief
You email or call with your address, room dimensions if known, and what you need — nursery, shared room, play corner, or full redesign. We reply within two working days with availability and a fee estimate in EUR.
Design process
From first measure to final specification — how we work with Haarlem families.
Step 02
Site measure
We visit your home for forty-five minutes. We record room dimensions, ceiling heights at lowest points, stair width, window and radiator positions, and existing furniture you wish to keep. Site visit EUR 95, credited toward any package booked within thirty days.
Step 03
Layout options
Within two weeks you receive one to three scaled layout options as PDF. Each shows furniture placement, circulation paths, and storage zones. We discuss by phone or at the studio on Grote Markt.
Step 04
Material and colour palette
Once a layout is approved, we develop a palette: wall colours, floor treatment, textiles, and key furniture pieces. Samples can be viewed at the studio or delivered to your address in Haarlem.
Step 05
Specification document
The final deliverable is a specification PDF: every item with dimensions, supplier, EUR price, and delivery notes including whether flat-pack assembly is required for your stair width.
Step 06
Coordination and handover
We can introduce trusted Haarlem carpenters and painters, review quotes, and answer questions during installation. You purchase furniture directly from suppliers — we do not mark up goods.
