Sibling rooms, or bedroom plus adjacent play corner / reading nook. Includes zoning plan and separate specification sections per zone.

Furniture, paint, labour, and delivery costs are paid directly to suppliers and trades. We provide EUR estimates in your specification but do not invoice for goods. Travel beyond Haarlem and Kennemerland charged at EUR 0.45/km.
50% deposit on booking, 50% on delivery of final specification. Invoices in EUR via bank transfer. VAT applies where applicable (prices shown excl. BTW unless stated).
