Processing is based on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, and legitimate interest in operating our design studio. Where required, we obtain consent.

Retention

Project correspondence is kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share contact details with trusted tradespeople involved in your project, or with our accountant, under confidentiality obligations.
